In talking further with the couple and hearing the actual size of their party – which is generally 16 individuals or less – the reason they want a larger vehicle is to accommodate plus-ones. They are often under the impression that they need to (or they don’t want to leave plus-ones out). We help them to consider the benefits of “right-sizing”…

The truth is, from our decades of experience servicing weddings, we’ve learned that couples are often over-paying for what they actually need when they include their party’s plus-ones. For example, the bigger the bus, the bigger the bill, as larger vehicles are so much more expensive to rent!

If you absolutely must have transportation for your plus-ones, consider renting our shuttle van or encourage carpooling.

Is Everyone Comfortable on the Party Bus?

This position is typically in the evenings and weekends nights. A typical weekday shift might be from 5:00pm – 9:30pm, with a weekend shift from 5:00pm – 12:00am.  Times and locations do vary week to week.

This is a part-time position that varies between 8:00am and 5:00pm and is available several times a month.

This is a part-time valet position at a restaurant the same day of the week. Typically these positions are from 5:00pm – 10:00pm.

These are great gigs! Why? You get to be part of everyone’s summer adventure! For this position, we hire individuals who truly enjoy working with people. Customer service is key. We also look for drivers who have experience driving larger vehicle.

Limo Coach / Limo Bus Driver

This is a part-time position for someone with a Commercial Driver’s License (CDL preferred). A typical shift is Friday evenings/night and Saturday day/night. Must be comfortable driving a group of people. A typical run is 3 – 6 hours and may require a split of time (drop-off and return later for pick up).

Shuttle Van Driver

This is a part-time position typically on weekday mornings and/or afternoons as well as Friday evening and Saturday’s.  No CDL is required but should be comfortable driving a van with up to 14 passengers.  A typical job is 3 – 6 hours and may require a split of time (drop off and return later for pick up).

Should I Tidy Up My Car?

Some people might tell you to tidy up your car if you’re planning to use valet – but, this is not a concern for Keehn’s. Even if a guest has a month’s worth of fast food bags piled high in the back seat, we don’t care – we’re not judging. Rather, our team is here to provide a service of convenience and luxury.

It’s more important that guests tuck away their valuables and that they’ve got items they need for the party on hand, like their cell phone, purse or wallet, admission tickets, card for the bride & groom, etc. When someone forgets something – and they do – our team has no issue running back to the car to get it.  We’ve got your back.

Should I Tip? How Much?

Tipping is never required. However, if you’re going to an event and there is a possibility for valet, it’s always polite to show respect to those who have served you with a few dollars. We recommend taking out some cash in advance.
